Review and progress ideasStep 9 of 110:11 video

Add project notes

Keep a record of decisions and progress on an idea.

Project notes are for the people managing an idea. The idea’s author and the audience don’t see them, but anyone who can view the project board does. That makes them a clear record of where an idea stands and why.

  1. On the project board, click the idea’s card to open it with its management panel.

  2. Under Project notes, write your note. To notify a colleague, mention them with @ followed by their name; use the paper clip to attach a file.

  3. Click Post note. The note appears below, with your name and the time.

The idea’s assignees, and anyone you mention, are notified about new notes. Notes are a good place for the outcome of each stage, such as an interview, before you move the idea on.
