Export ideas

Download all of a challenge's ideas as a spreadsheet.

The export is an Excel file with a row for each idea: its name, authors, dates and status, and the answers to every question in the idea format.

  1. On the challenge’s Activity page, scroll down to Export ideas and click Export ideas. The file is prepared in the background and appears under Downloads in the notifications menu.

Preparing the file can take a few minutes for a large challenge. SimplyDo notifies you when it’s ready; click the file under Downloads to save it.
