Send announcements

Announcements reach people by email and as a notification in SimplyDo. Use them to launch your challenge, remind people of deadlines and thank them for their ideas. You’ll find them in your challenge’s settings, under Announcements.

There are two kinds:

• Standard announcements go to everyone who matches the recipient list you build, straight away or at a time you schedule.
• Automatic announcements go to one person at a time, when they do something such as submit an idea.

Once your announcements are set up, you can change them while they’re still to be sent, and check what has gone out.
