Act on several ideas at once

Select ideas and apply the same action to all of them.

When the same thing needs doing to many ideas, such as pinning them or giving them a label, select them and do it in one go.

  1. On the challenge’s Ideas page, tick the ideas you want. To select every idea on the page, click Select all on page.

  2. Click the button showing how many ideas you’ve selected, for example 2 ideas. It lists what you can do to all of them.

  3. Choose an action, for example Pin. It applies to every selected idea.

The same menu lets you set a submission deadline, assign assessors, apply a label, move ideas to another challenge, export them as PDFs or delete them. On the board, click Select multiple cards first; there you can also move ideas to a lane or assign users to them.
