Choose who sees the project board
Show the challenge's project board to its managers or its whole audience.
Submitted ideas go on the challenge’s project board, where you move them through stages as they progress. You can keep the board to the people who manage the challenge, or open it to everyone who can see the challenge’s ideas.
Anyone who can see the board can see the ideas on it. Opening the board is only possible while idea visibility is on; otherwise only the challenge’s managers can see it.
This is the default for new challenges.
On the Ideas page of your challenge’s settings, go to Project board and open the dropdown.
Choose Only users who manage the challenge. Changes save automatically.

Choose Any registered user with access to the challenge’s idea list. Changes save automatically.
Opening the board keeps everyone up to date with what’s being worked on, and people are notified when their idea moves to another stage.
