Turn on liking and comments

Likes show which ideas are popular, and comments let people ask questions and build on each other’s ideas. Idea owners get an email when someone comments, and people can @mention colleagues to bring them into the conversation.

People can only like and comment on ideas they can see, so also check the challenge’s idea visibility.

   On the Ideas page of your challenge’s settings, go to Social and interaction and turn on Enable idea liking. More options appear below it.

   Show like totals to users turns on with liking, so everyone sees how many likes each idea has. Untick it to hide them. To limit how many ideas each person can like, tick Restrict liking to and enter a number.

   Enable idea comments is on by default. Leave it on so people can comment on ideas, or turn it off. Changes save automatically.
