Define idea labels

Set up labels for sorting and filtering the challenge's ideas.

Labels help you sort and filter ideas, for example by how much effort they need. Only people who manage ideas can see them. You can add labels to ideas at any time, but setting them up here makes them available on every idea in the challenge.

  1. On the Ideas page of your challenge’s settings, go to Idea labels and click Add labels.

  2. Type a label, for example Quick win, and choose Add Quick win. Labels already used in your organisation are suggested as you type.

  3. Add as many labels as you need in the same way.

  4. Click outside the list of labels to close it.

  5. Click Close. Your labels are listed under Selected labels.
