Set up single sign-onStep 1 of 8
Choose sign-in methods
Turn on the ways people can sign in to your organisation.
The Sign-on tab of your organisation’s settings lists every way people can sign in. You can turn on as many as you like; the sign-in page shows a button for each one.
- Standard sign-on: an email address and password. SimplyDo only stores a hash of the password.
- SAML SSO: single sign-on through any SAML2 identity provider, such as Okta or Google Workspace. You have to configure it before you can turn it on.
- Microsoft: people sign in with their Microsoft work account (Microsoft Entra ID, used by Microsoft 365 and Teams).
- LinkedIn, Google and Apple: people sign in with a personal account. Apple may not share an email address or name.
In Admin, open Settings and select the Sign-on tab.
Turn on Enabled for each method you want to offer, here Microsoft. The change saves straight away.
Keep Standard sign-on on until you’ve checked that single sign-on works for you. If you then turn it off and leave a single other method on, the sign-in page skips the choice and takes people straight to that provider.
