Grant consent in Entra

Approve SimplyDo once for everyone in your Microsoft tenant.

The first time someone signs in with Microsoft, Microsoft asks them to let SimplyDo read their basic profile (the User.Read permission). An administrator of your Microsoft Entra ID can approve this once for the whole tenant, so nobody is asked.

  1. In the Azure portal, open your tenant and go to Enterprise applications.
  2. Find SimplyDo in the list, or search for it by name or application ID, and open it.
  3. Open Permissions and click Grant admin consent for your tenant.

SimplyDo only appears under Enterprise applications after someone in your tenant has signed in to SimplyDo with Microsoft for the first time. If it isn’t there, sign in once yourself and look again.

In the app’s Properties you can also:

  • turn Enabled for users to sign-in off to block SimplyDo for your tenant
  • set Assignment required to only let the users and groups you add under Users and groups sign in

Your IT team may ask for these details:

  • Application ID: dbf692fe-35c1-4511-9178-9131e6511712
  • Callback URL: https://login.simplydo.co.uk/auth/oauth/microsoft/login/callback

After someone signs in, SimplyDo uses Microsoft Graph to read their profile, for example their name, email address, department and job title.
