Connect Microsoft

Link sign-in with Microsoft to your Microsoft Entra ID tenant.

SimplyDo is registered and verified with Microsoft, so there’s no app to create in Azure. You tell SimplyDo which Microsoft Entra ID tenant your organisation uses, and only people from that tenant can sign in.

You’ll find your Tenant ID on the Overview page of Microsoft Entra ID in the Azure portal.

  1. On the Sign-on tab, click Manage on the Microsoft card.

  2. Optionally, enter your own Button text for the sign-in page, for example the name your colleagues know the sign-in by.

  3. Under Tenant IDs, paste your tenant ID and click Add tenant. It’s added to the Tenants list. Add more than one if your organisation has several tenants.

  4. To let only some people in, paste the object ID of a Microsoft Entra ID group under Group IDs and click Add group. Only members of the groups you add can sign in. Leave it empty to let everyone in your tenant sign in.

  5. Click Save changes. A message confirms the settings are updated.

Group restrictions are useful when your tenant is shared by several organisations on SimplyDo, so each one only lets its own people in.
