Roll out Teams to your organisation

If you’re a Teams administrator, you can make SimplyDo available to everyone in your organisation, install it for them and pin it to their side bar. All of this happens in the Microsoft Teams admin centre.

Allow the app

Your app policies may stop people from adding apps themselves.

1. In the Teams admin centre, go to Teams apps › Manage apps.
2. Search for SimplyDo and select it, or go straight to SimplyDo in the Teams admin centre.
3. Make sure the app is Allowed. Here you can also choose which users or groups can use it, and see its security and compliance information.

Grant admin consent

We recommend approving the app’s permissions once for the whole tenant, so nobody is asked when they first open it.

1. Open SimplyDo’s permissions in the Teams admin centre.
2. Click Review permissions, sign in with your administrator account and click Accept.

Install and pin it for everyone

1. Go to Teams apps › Setup policies and select a policy, for example Global (Org-wide default).
2. Under Installed apps, click Add apps, search for SimplyDo and click Add. Teams installs it for everyone the policy applies to.
3. To pin it to their side bar too, under Pinned apps, click Add apps and add SimplyDo. Drag it to where you want it in the list.
4. Click Save.

Policy changes can take a few hours to reach everyone.
