Write help text for each stage
Explain what you're asking for at each stage of an impact statement.
Help text appears at the top of the impact statement. Use it to explain why impact matters for your challenge and how to give a good estimate. Each stage has its own message, as different people fill in each one.
The idea’s author sees this when they estimate their idea’s impact.
Under Help text, on the User estimate tab, write the message people see above the statement.
Click Save.
The project team sees this when they refine the estimate.
Under Help text, open the Project estimate tab.
Write the message people see above the statement at this stage.
Click Save.
The project team sees this when they record the impact the idea actually had.
Under Help text, open the Final outcome tab.
Write the message people see above the statement at this stage.
Click Save.
