Add a banner and cover image

Give your challenge a recognisable look with two images.

Images help your challenge stand out in the challenge list and on its own page.

  • The banner image is a short, wide image behind the top of the challenge page. Use an image of about 1500 × 300 pixels and keep important detail away from the edges, as it’s cropped on smaller screens.
  • The cover image is a square image shown in the challenge’s banner. Use an image of about 500 × 500 pixels.

  1. On the Details page of your challenge’s settings, click Choose an image under Banner image.

  2. Click click to browse and pick an image from your computer. Once it’s uploaded, the banner shows on the settings page.

  3. Under Cover image, click Choose an image.

  4. You can also use a free photo from Unsplash. Under Search online for an image, type what you’re looking for and click Show results.

  5. Click the photo you want. The cover image now shows on the settings page.

To change an image later, click Replace next to it, or Remove to take it away.
