Rename or describe a lane
Give a lane a name and description that explain what it means.
Lane names and descriptions tell your team what each stage means. Lane names also appear in notifications, for example when someone’s idea moves to another lane.
In your challenge, open Project Board from the side menu.
Click the lane’s name, here New lane 1.
Type the new name, here Rolled out.
Click the tick button to save it.
You can also rename a lane from the … menu at its top, with Edit lane name. This works for the Default lane too.
In your challenge, open Project Board from the side menu.
Click … at the top of the lane, here Piloting, then Edit lane description.
Type the description.
Click Save. The description shows under the lane’s name.
