Set or remove an open date
Open a draft challenge automatically at a set time.
While a challenge is still a draft, give it an open date and SimplyDo publishes it for you at that time. Use the same steps to change an open date that’s already set.
Because an open date publishes the challenge, you need permission to open challenges. Without it, the planner has no Set open date option.
The open date must be in the future, and before the deadline if there is one. To let people with matching interests know when it opens, also tick Send notifications….
Hover over the day you want and click the + that appears.
Choose Set open date.
Tick There is an open date… and check the date and time.
Click Save. Challenge opens now shows on the planner.
If you no longer want the challenge to open automatically, remove its open date.
Click Challenge opens on the planner.
Untick There is an open date….
Click Save. Challenge opens is removed from the planner.
