Generate an engagement plan

Let AI suggest messages to your audience and add them as events.

If AI features are switched on for your organisation, SimplyDo can draft an engagement plan for you. It suggests what to send through each channel and when, based on your challenge’s description, and adds the messages to the planner as events.

  1. Click Generate engagement plan above the planner.

  2. Name your plan and check the start and end dates. The plan’s messages are spread between them.

  3. Choose the channels to use, such as Direct email and Teams message, and how often to send through each.

  4. Pick a tone of voice, then click Finish. The suggested messages show on the planner as events.

Each generated event holds a draft of the message. Open an event to read and edit it. To see only one plan’s events, choose the plan in the Event filter menu; the bin icon next to it deletes the plan and its events.
