Change the organisation name

Change the name people see for your organisation.

Your organisation’s name shows across SimplyDo, for example on the sign-in page and in emails. It’s usually your company or council’s name, but it can be the name of your innovation programme instead.

  1. In the admin area, open Settings from the side menu. It opens on the General tab.

  2. Under Organisation name, enter the new name, for example Example Ltd.

  3. Click Save. Settings updated confirms the change.

The organisation code, the part of your web address before .simplydo.co.uk, can’t be changed here. Ask your account manager if you need to change it.

To change the name on the browser tab instead, use Platform title on the Branding tab.
