Add a collaborator

Invite colleagues to work on your idea with you.

Collaborators can edit your idea with you. Only the idea’s owner can add or remove them.

  1. In the side panel, under Collaborators, click Add collaborator.

  2. Search for your colleague by name and tick them in the results. To invite someone who isn’t on SimplyDo yet, type their email address instead.

  3. Click Add these users to the team. Your colleague now appears under Collaborators.

Can’t find someone? Who you can search for depends on your organisation’s settings. You can always invite them by email address, or copy the collaboration link and send it to them.
